This Peanut Butter Coconut Dessert Is Super Healthy And Great for Weight Loss

Can you imagine a dessert which is super delicious, easy to make, and helps you lose weight? Well, here is one for you. Made of peanut butter and coconut with a dash of cocoa, these balls are rolled in desiccated coconut to get a flaky texture and irresistible visual appeal.

This dessert is rich in protein and has good fat. It can also be enjoyed occasionally as a dessert by weight-watchers. 

Ingredients

4 tbsp peanut butter

1 1/4 cups grated dry coconut (kopra)

2 tbsp powdered flax seeds (alsi)

2 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)

1/2 tbsp of honey

1/2 cup desiccated coconut for rolling

Method

Combine all ingredients, except desiccated coconut in a large plate and mix very well.

Divide the mixture into 11 equal portions and roll each portion into a round. Roll them in the desiccated coconut till they are evenly coated from all the sides.

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
